It is a very good book. I've been following the plan outlined here for only a week and I already see a change in my body, while - at the same time- I'm not feeling hungry or deprived. I have previously read Rujuta Divekar's book and even though I liked the ideas presented there, there was not enough practical info there to get me started. I like that Pooja Makhija gives specific plans with types of food and portion sizes adjusted to the BMR and teaches how to calculate it. It is much easier for me to follow than the "mitahara" concept from Rujuta's book - my body seems so disregulated that eating the amount of food that seemed ok to me only made me gain more weight. I also like the straightforward rule of 1 hour of daily excercise and I have benefitted a lot from the advice on psychological approach to weight loss that Pooja's book offers.
