Let me start by saying Im writing this review under my husbands account.I have been a Zumba lover for 9+ months now. I plan to actually become an instructor. My body has changed a LOT since I started taking these classes but I needed something more to push myself to get the stomach I really want. I had tried weight watchers and I dislike their new plan, I tried protein shake diets, didnt enjoy them. SO I was on the lookout for REAL food & REAL results! AND I found it in this book. I have been on the 5 day jumpstart part of the diet and already have seen an amazing change in my body/stomach. I dont think it will take me long to get where I want to be and still only lose 1-2 pounds a week as a healthy diet should. I highly recommend this diet to someone who needs a practical, easy to understand and stick to diet. Note: I was about 10 pounds from my weight loss goal at the beginning of this diet. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zumba and now the Zumba Diet!!!
