I exercise everyday for about an hour at a time. (cardio and strength training) I purchased this because I want to lose those few extra pounds that will not budge. The pills itself does help with suppressing my appetite, no jitters but I didn't lose anything with this at all. I actually ended up purchasing a bottle of xenadrine to help give me energy to work out after work and let me say that I have so far lost 5 lbs. I have lost it over the course of two weeks which is slow and steady. Don't waste your time on this pill. There are others out there that work better for half the price.While these did make me eat less, it wasn't worth the way they made me feel. I followed all of the directions about how much water to drink with them and when to take them but I constantly felt like I had vomit in the back of my throat when taking these, not nauseated but still the feeling of vomit in my throat. Will you eat less and lose weight because of it? More than likely, yes. However, I don't want to feel like I have vomit in the back of my throat all of my time in order to lose weight.
