I love, love, love this journal. First of all, the design and layout are beautiful. It’s such a pretty addition to my nightstand. In terms of content, I love the thought the author put into this journal. It has really made me look at my weight loss goals in a more meaningful way. I am hopeful this will keep me more motivated than I have been in the past. The trackers really capture a lot of information, but are presented in a way that don’t require a long time to complete. I really appreciate this, as I don’t want my days consumed with filling things out! The positive and encouraging affirmations throughout the journal are a beautiful and appreciated addition. They serve as great reminders and encouragement as you progress through your weight loss journey. I would highly recommend this book! So glad I found it!
