I was expecting a "plan"...hours in the gym; specific foods to eat.What I received was guidance on a SUSTAINABLE path to life long change. Throughout the workbook Shannon offers strategies to help me identify what is important to me, attend to my physical sensations and name my emotions. The yoga videos point out common pitfalls and are far more helpful than a lot of classes I have attended. The nutrition education and videos with a chef (real life in her own "normal" kitchen!) provide USEFUL ideas and suggestions.
